    Youth Development - Families Forward Resource CenterPrograms are all offered at three locations: Aurora, Montbello, and Green Valley Ranch offices. Youth Development has two Programs: - Summer Enrichment Camp, a Colorado State licensed child care program that provides affordable child care for working parents for eight weeks during the summer months when kids are out of school. Kids ages 5-14 learn valuable life skills in addition to common summer camp activities like swimming and off-site activities. - Youth Leadership Squad does community service projects for FFRC and other organizations in the community, and will also bring in guest speakers to lecture on leadership, civic engagement, philanthropy, and other similar topics. Youth that successfully commit to the group for a year may be eligible for a paid summer position in FFRC's summer enrichment camp.     Youth Gardening Program (Ages 13 - 18) - Loveland Youth GardenersOffers a comprehensive summer program focused on vocational and life skill-building, environmental stewardship, and community volunteerism for youth ages 13 - 18 with significant challenges in their lives. Students learn about topics from nutrition to compost, and valuable job and life skills. Half of the time is spent outdoors in the garden, youth become more connected to nature and learn to appreciate the garden eco-system.
