Eagle Valley Senior LifeWe provide programs and information that help older adults remain mentally and physically active in order to live independently and thrive in the Valley. Services Offered: -The Senior Spot:Adult day services program for seniors with dementia or other disabilities who are 55 and older. Provides socialization and stimulation for participants and respite for caregivers. -Caregiver Assistance Fund: Provides up to 30 hours of respite by paying for in-home caregiving from a licensed agency. Application required. Must meet requirements of the caregiving agency. Financial need a factor. -Personal Care Navigation: Personalized assistance from qualified social worker with long-term care planning/management; home safety assessment; housing options; applying for benefits; advance directives; dementia screening.
