Cancer Patient Matching Program - Cancer Hope NetworkMatches adults impacted by cancer (patients, caregivers, survivors) with a trained Support Volunteer, who is at least one year post-treatment or successfully undergoing maintenance therapies. Volunteers represent 80+ cancer types and speak 15 languages. The Patient Services team works to individualize each match and connect patients with someone who can relate to their experience and provide hope. While most matches begin with a similar diagnosis or treatment, they also include other lifestyle circumstances and considerations that are important to the patient, including single parenthood, LGBT sexuality, English as a second language, diagnosis with multiple primary cancers, participation in a clinical trial, genetic testing, or other survivorship issues.Out of StateCancer Hope NetworkCancer Hope Network
