|Adolescent Inpatient and Intensive Outpatient Services - Centennial Peaks Hospital||Centennial Peaks’ Acute Inpatient Program treats 13 - 17 year-old individuals who are struggling with mental health or substance abuse issues. The length of a stay is generally less than five days. As soon as a patient is admitted, staff assist in planning for a successful return to the community and daily life.
The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides mental health and substance abuse treatment for adolescents who do not need 24-hour care. IOP patients attend group therapy nine hours each week; evening tracks are available. The staff at Centennial Peaks Hospital will determine the needs of each patient through a complimentary, confidential, scheduled assessment.||Boulder County||Centennial Peaks Hospital||Centennial Peaks Hospital|

|Summit View Treatment Program||CJS (Criminal Justice Services) provides a wide variety of treatment services for those struggling with addiction. Utilizing validated clinical assessments, each individual is evaluated to determine the appropriate intensity of treatment, and the specific needs to address for sustained sobriety. We offer a continuum of care ranging from residential to transitional living. This includes helping individuals develop the structure and skills needed for successful sober living in the community, and providing outpatient treatment with a variety of intensities.
Because treatment is individualized, treatment length is based on individual progression, not the number of sessions attended. Treatment services utilize the following elements:
*Cognitive-behavioral group therapy:Therapy services that focus on the person's behavior and thought processes or long-term, sustainable change.
*Motivational Enhancement techniques:Assisting and engaging the individual throughout the recovery process.
*Positive Reinforcement:Focusing on positive behavioral changes and compliance.
*Family Involvement:Providing support systems with information and assistance in creating a supportive recovery environment.
*Relapse Prevention Techniques:Providing skills and knowledge to effectively cope with high-risk situations and emotions.
*Substance Testing:Utilized up-to-date and timely technologies to effectively monitor and intervene if necessary.
*Case Management:Providing a single point of contact, client-centered, and long-term monitoring.
