Our certified counselors provide NO COST HUD-approved mortgage default counseling to households currently or imminently facing home foreclosure. Counselors review household finances, equity positions, and explain various loan workout or property transition options, Service area includes Delta, Gafield, Gunnison, Mesa, Montrose, Rio Blanco, Routt County.
Calling Mesa County Home:
The Calling Mesa County Home (CMCH) Program is an employer assisted workforce homeownership program designed to assist members of the local workforce who have a goal of becoming home owners. The CMCH Program offers many benefits to the entire community:

|Mortgage/Foreclosure Prevention and Rent and Utility Assistance - Adams County Housing Authority||Provides foreclosure prevention and mortgage counseling. Counselors assist the clients in preparing budgets and advocate on clients' behalf with landlords, mortgage companies, or with the public utility company. Each household that receives assistance is also provided with counseling through ACHA’s Housing Counseling department.
When funds are available, also provides rent and utility assistance.
