|Utility Bill Assistance - Home Front Cares||This office assists Colorado Springs Utilities customers and other utility customers through EOC funding. This office serves all of Colorado's military community (every branch of service, active duty, Guard, Reserve or veteran). This office is not zip code restricted and can help with any utility company. For water bills, they have a separate fund that may be able to help with water bills. EOC assistance is available once in 12 months.

|Veterans' Assistance (Carr St) - Veterans of Foreign Wars Department of Colorado Headquarters||Assists Veterans and their dependents in obtaining the entitlements they deserve. Services include the following:
- Forms preparation for disability claims
- Widow's claims
- Referrals for employment, resume writing, interview skills
- Utility assistance (gas, water, electric, sewer, trash bill); funds cannot exceed $500. Individuals do not need to have applied for LEAP and they do not need to have a disconnect notice.
