Clients may visit the food bank 10 times per lifetime, with some exceptions for special circumstances. - Up to 80% of rent for up to six months
- Two months or up to $1,000 of utility assistance (e.g., electric, gas, water)

|Self Sufficiency Grants - Modest Needs Foundation||Provides a one-time emergency grant to those who are working. Funding is dependent upon crowdsourcing and therefore not guaranteed. These include the following scenarios:
- Help with an unexpected bill (car repair, medical expense, etc.)
- Help with a regular monthly bill that a person is now having trouble with due to an unexpected expense that had to be paid (someone paid for car repair and now cannot pay rent)
- Help with a regular monthly bill that cannot be paid due to temporary loss of income (hours cut at work, sick leave, new job but have not been paid yet).

Walk in for assistance Mondays & Thursdays 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. & 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. This office can assist with portions of a water bill for any of the zip codes they serve, as well as Colorado Springs Utility bills for those living in 80921 and 80908.
