    Community-based outpatient facilities that offer individual, group, conjoint and family counseling, therapy groups, medication and other mental health services for community residents, especially those who are indigent, who have acute or chronic psychiatric disorders or who may be experiencing difficulty resolving personal or interpersonal conflicts or making personal adjustments to stressful life situations such as separation, divorce, loss of a spouse or a child, poor health, unemployment, family violence, delinquency or substance abuse. Included may be city and county-operated and nonprofit facilities.

    Youth Treatment Services - The Recovery CenterYouth treatment services include but are not limited to: - Youth Out-Patient Program - Individual and family sessions - First Offender Program - School-based programs for middle and high schools students at school - Education on social issues and drug/alcohol problems Referrals for the First Offender Program are administered to youth by local law enforcement. Does not accept self-referrals. The Youth Out-Patient Program includes 32 hours of individual, group and family sessions over a period of approximately 16 weeks. Youth are required to provide negative urine drug screens and breathalyzers during the program.
