The purpose of the program is to develop leadership skills and good citizenship practices in youngsters who are interested in service to others.

In eighteen years of operation, Radio Evolution has served 3,000 youth participants.     Youth Development - Families Forward Resource CenterPrograms are all offered at three locations: Aurora, Montbello, and Green Valley Ranch offices. Youth Development has two Programs: - Summer Enrichment Camp, a Colorado State licensed child care program that provides affordable child care for working parents for eight weeks during the summer months when kids are out of school. Kids ages 5-14 learn valuable life skills in addition to common summer camp activities like swimming and camping. - Youth Leadership Squad does community service projects for FFRC and other organizations in the community, and will also bring in guest speakers to lecture on leadership, civic engagement, philanthropy, and other similar topics. Youth that successfully commit to the group for a year may be eligible for a paid summer position in FFRC's summer enrichment camp.
