    Nutrition and Fitness Classes - Families Forward Resource CenterFamilies Forward Resource Center offers community health services and advocacy through nutrition, cooking, and fitness classes. Classes offered include: - Eating Smart Being Active (ESBA) is a general nutrition and wellness 8-week long Spanish-only program from 10:45 a.m. - 12 p.m. on Wednesdays. Child care is provided for class participants. - Cooking Matters is a cooking class that teaches participants how to cook healthy, nutritional meals on a budget.
