-You’re Not Alone Grief Support Group meets the 1st Thursday of every month from 6:30 - 8:00 pm at Pathways Hospice, 305 Carpenter Road in Fort Collins.
Focuses on inner healing and personal growth; for those who are grieving the loss of a loved one to suicide.
-The Heartbeat Grief Support Group meets the 3rd Wednesday of every month from 6:30-8:30 pm at Pathways Hospice, 305 Carpenter Road, Fort Collins, 80525
For individuals grieving the loss of a loved one to suicide.
Each grief support group is free of charge and drop-ins are welcome.

|Survivors of Suicide (S.O.S.) Program - The Joseph Center||The Joseph Center's Survivors of Suicide program is designed to help family and friends who are struggling with tragic loss through group sessions for adults and youth.
There are separate sessions for adults and youth.
- Adult meetings are held every 2nd Wednesday of the month at 6:00 pm
- Youth meetings are held every 4th Wednesday of the month at 6:00 pm
