Communicable Disease Surveillance
Prenatal Case Management-A community-based, health-related service provided to low income pregnant women for the purpose of improving birth and early infancy outcomes. Services include initial intake, home visitation, referrals to needed services, and follow-up visits.

|Throat Cultures - Mesa County Health Department||Purpose
To test for Group A Strep bacteria.
Positive results for Strep are called to either the designated physician or the patient the next day.
