    After-School Programs - OpenWorld LearningOpenWorld Learning offers free, well-rounded and quality after-school care programs in Denver, Aurora and Jefferson County schools. A curriculum is provided that children can work through to earn incentives such as laptops, tablets, and headphones.     Community Life Centers (Grant Ave) - The Matthews HouseOffers case management, community navigation, parent education, and recreation in one consolidated location to help families reduce barriers while working towards self-sufficiency.     Youth Mentoring Program - Partners in Routt CountyCommunity Based Youth Mentoring Program matches adult volunteers with at-risk youth. They spend an average of three hours per week together for the duration of a one year commitment at minimum. These partnerships are supported with ongoing case management, monthly activities and training.
