|Fountain - Back to School Health Fair||The Peak Vista Health Center at Fountain will be offering a Back to School Health Fair Saturday July 29, 2017 from 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. No appointment necessary and you do not have to be enrolled at Peak Vista to receive services at this event. This event will have free backpacks and school supplies, annual physicals, immunizations, and dental screenings. This is for age 3-18.

|School Supplies - Poudre School District||Families looking to receive school supplies can contact their child's school to find out information about receiving school supplies at any time during the year.
Persons interested in donating supplies can contact the Poudre School District's Partnership Center to learn more about the school supply drives. One drive is held in January - February, and the second drive is held in August.
