    Legal Services - Rocky Mountain Children's Law CenterProvides referrals, self–help and education, legal consultation, and/or direct representation for the following types of cases: - Education Advocacy - Serves youth and children with behavioral challenges. Assistance can include Individualized Education Plan/504 assistance and enforcement, school to disciplinary procedures, or general advocacy work. - Caregiver Advocacy - Serves non-parent caregivers such as grandparents, foster parents, or non-relative caregivers. Offers assistance with power of attorney, guardianship, allocation of parental rights, and adoption. Cases are reviewed on a case by case basis to evaluate their individual eligibility and merits. Types of service from community referrals, legal advice or information, to full representation, will be determined.
