- Family Caregiver support group - for people who serve as caregivers for family members or loved ones. Meet twice per month.
- Vision Impaired (VIP) support group - for people who are blind or who are visually impaired. Meets monthly.
- Disabled American Veterans (DAV) support group - facilitated by the Veteran's Service Officer. Meets monthly.
- Widow/Widower's support group - Meets twice per month.
- TOPS (Take off the Pounds Sensibly) - Members support each other with their effort to lose weight and keep it off. Meets weekly.

|SOS - Supporting Our Seniors Transportation Program - ADRC of Mesa County||SOS is a volunteer based transportation program for seniors age 60+ who are unable to drive and do not have any other means of transportation. Recipients must be able to get themselves in and out of a car with only elbow assistance.
Rides are limited to doctor appointments, physical therapy, dental appointments, dialysis, grocery, and pharmacy. |The Traveler - Garfield County||The Traveler provides wheelchair accessible, curb to curb, demand responsive, driver-assisted transportation to Garfield County residents, 65 or older or disabled adults (over 18) who have difficulty using public or private transportation services.
Based in Glenwood Springs and Rifle, the Traveler serves qualified individuals within the following service area parameters: a five (5) mile radius off of Interstate 70 between Parachute and Glenwood Springs, and a five (5) mile radius off of Hwy 82 between Glenwood Springs and Carbondale. To help support its operation, the Traveler does

|Transportation - Berthoud Rural Alternative for Transportation (RAFT)||Seniors (60 or older) and Adults (18 or older) with disabilities, who reside within the Berthoud Fire Protection District.
Rural residents, who do not reside within the town limits will be provided transportation for any legal purpose.
By agreement with the Town of Berthoud, town residents who meet RAFT eligibility criteria and need transportation for medical, educational or employment purposes may be transported by RAFT into Longmont or Loveland outside of posted hours of Berthoud Area Transportation Service (BATS). RAFT may not duplicate existing services that are being provided by BATS.

Volunteers use their personal vehicles to transport clients on medical trips if they are unable to take the van on our regularly scheduled trips. Transportation services are available to those over the age of 60 and disabled adults. Senior Services operates van and bus service at all three sites on nutrition days. Minturn: Meal transportation on Wednesday and Friday; shopping on Friday
Eagle: Meal transportation, shopping, Post Office and local medical appointments, Tuesday and shopping on Thursday.
Basalt: Meal transportation on Tuesday and Thursday; shopping and Post Office on Thursday; medical van to Glenwood Springs from Eagle on the last Monday of each month; medical van also available by appointment.
Transportation is provided for Eagle County residents over the age of 60 as well as disabled adults to and from nutrition sites and to run errands. Aging Services operates van and bus service at all three sites, Basalt, Eagle and Minturn.
Assistance with transportation to medical appointments can be obtained by contacting Lorene Gallagher at 970-328-1121. Volunteer Transporters assist older adults and disabled persons with rides to and from doctor appointments, shoppping and other tasks when no other forms of transportation are available.
The Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) and ECO Transit have joined to issue seniors and disabled adults an identification card which allows the user to ride ECO buses for minimal cost.
