|Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) - Longmont Housing Authority||The Longmont Housing Authority (LHA) has adopted a “Lottery System” Process for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and the Project Based Voucher (PBV) Programs. The Lottery System creates improved accuracy and fairness in the process of issuing vouchers for both programs. All lottery entry numbers are computer generated and randomly selected, which replaces a wait list process of date and time of application (first-come, first-serve).
