|Down Payment Assistance Program-Eagle County Housing Authority||In an effort to bring the benefits of homeownership to as many residents as possible, the Housing and Development Department has developed and backed the award winning Down Payment Assistance Program, and makes available to the public free homebuyer’s classes. Some of the topics include home buying readiness, money management, establishing and maintaining good credit, the pros and cons of homeownership, the types of loans available and information about the down payment assistance programs available to the county residents.
Classes are held at the Miller Ranch Community Center in Edwards from 5:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.

|Home Buyers Assistance - City of Fort Collins||The Fort Collins Home Buyer Assistance Program provides loans to income eligible households for down payment and closing costs to purchase a home in the Fort Collins' city limits.
The assistance can be up to 6% of the sales price, 5% of which can go to down payment assistance and %1 to closing costs, with a maximum of up to $15,000.
Applications accepted only through participating mortgage lenders. List can be found on website.
