|Home Repair program - Habitat for Humanity of Pueblo Inc||Pueblo is launching a minor Repair Program that will include exterior work such as painting, patching, minor repair and landscaping. Tasks may include repair of siding, trim, exterior needs related to handicap accessibility, paint and tree trimming. |Home Repair Program (Main Office) - Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver||Assists low-income homeowners in the Globeville, Elyria-Swansea (GES) and Westwood neighborhoods with home restoration such as:
- New shingles
- Fascia replacement
- New siding or paint work
- Porch, door, and gate repairs
- Ramp installation

|Home Repair - Rebuilding Together Metro Denver||Offers general home repairs, primarily to improve safety, through volunteer labor. Priority given to low-income homeowners with disabilities, veterans, and seniors over 55. Small repairs are available year-round for eligible homeowners. More extensive repairs are done at the end of April and during October. Services include, but are not limited to:
- ADA modifications (ramps, grab bars)

|Housing Modification and Ownership Programs - Huerfano Las Animas Area Council of Governments||The Housing Modification program manages the construction for the Department of Human Services for people in need of having revisions performed to their home to improve the quality of life. The maximum cost for home modifications is $10,000.
The Rural Housing and Economic Development Program (RHED) is designed to provide increased homeownership opportunities for low and moderate income persons by acquiring, rehabilitating, and selling at least two affordable homes. |LEAP Crisis Intervention Program - Larimer County Department of Human Services||Operates year-round and is primarily intended to assist LEAP eligible households with the repair or replacement of the home's primary heating system, such as a furnace. Individuals must be eligible for basic LEAP to qualify for CIP.
