Description of Service
Provides Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) for Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid Program) eligible customers residing in Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, Jefferson, Larimer, and Weld counties through Veyo.

Please have this information when calling to schedule a ride:
- Health First Colorado ID number, name and date of birth
- Address where driver is to pick the individual up
- Doctor’s name, address, and a telephone number for confirmation of appointment
- Date and time of medical appointment, along with an estimated time for any return trip
Veyo requires at least 48 hours advance notice to schedule your transportation. Please schedule your transportation as soon as you have your medical appointment to allow time to schedule your trip.
Trip must be within 25 miles of the pick-up location.
Transportation for urgent care and after-hours may be provided based on Medicaid eligibility. Restrictions may apply. If you require emergency transportation, please call 911 immediately.
