Description of ServiceOffers a day program for seniors with dementia and related diagnoses, and intellectually or developmentally disabled adults aged 18 years and older. On-site, off-site, and volunteer activities are available.

Client Information
EligibilityAdults, ages 18 and older, with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Medicaid Waiver participants through the SLS or COMP programs must have prior authorization through their Case Manager at their applicable CCB.
