Description of Service
Assures that all children receive financial and medical support from each parent. This is accomplished by locating each parent, establishing paternity and support obligations, and enforcing those obligations. The Child Support Enforcement Program puts children first by helping both parents assume responsibility for the economic and social well-being, health, and stability of their children.

Services are free to current and former public assistance and Medicaid recipients to eliminate or reduce the need for public assistance and help repay the Public Assistance Fund.
Broomfield Child Care Assistance Program applicants who are single heads of households are required to apply for child support.
Child Support Enforcement services are available regardless of income.
