General Information
Description of ServiceImmunizations and vaccines are open to anyone regardless of county of residency. A current immunization record is needed at appointments.

Through the Vaccines For Children program, the clinic is able to provide immunizations for children 18 and under who are uninsured, have Medicaid insurance, or whose insurance does not cover immunizations and well child care.
