Description of ServiceCommunity-Based Services are intensive in-home programs providing therapy in the child’s home and community between two and 30 hours per week. This program serves the entire family and focuses on emotional and behavioral challenges, mental health concerns, case management, family preservation or reunification, and preventing out-of-home placements.
