Description of Service
Provides financial assistance for bus tokens and minor medical expenses such as prescriptions. Funds are also available for other miscellaneous items such as birth certificates and ID cards.
Cities of Boulder, Coal Creek, Eldorado Springs, Golden, Gunbarrel, Jamestown, Marshall, Nederland, Pinecliffe, Ward (Boulder County Only)
Call or visit the website for more information, or walk in during service hours; clients must meet in-person with a case worker to determine eligibility.
Client will need to provide the following documentation:
- Photo ID
- Proof of income
- Proof of address
Individuals who are disabled, seniors ages 55 and older, and families who live in the service area and who have an income, although all residents of the service area may be able to receive assistance. Final eligibility will be determined during an assessment with a case worker.
