General Information
Description of ServiceConsists of 44 one-bedroom and 83 studio apartments for low-income seniors ages 62 and over, and persons with disabilities over age 50. Rent, which includes utilities, is set at 30% of tenants' monthly gross income, minus out of pocket medical expenses.

Senior nutrition meals are offered on-site to residents three days a week at a minimal cost. A Service Coordinator is also on staff to assist tenants with on-site activities as well as various services in the community for persons with disabilities and seniors.
