General Information
Description of ServiceThis service provides nutrition education and extra food for women, infant, children as well as referrals to other health care programs.

Some of the food WIC provides includes:
- fresh milk, cows milk or soy beverage
- yogurt
- eggs
- beans / peanut butter
- fresh fruits and vegetables
- cheese or tofu
- breakfast cereal
- whole grain options" wheat bread, whole grain bread, corn tortillas, whole wheat tortillas, whole wheat pasta, brown rice, oats
- 100% juice
- infant juice
- special infant formula (if not breastfeeding)
- infant pureed fruits / vegetables
