General Information
Description of ServiceIncreases access to health care for the uninsured and under-insured. Program promotes preventive care such as well checkups, good nutrition, and healthy lifestyles through education and referrals. Works closely with families to find the resources necessary to meet their health care needs and assist families in learning how to advocate for their own health.
