Description of Service1 to 3 year transitional housing for families. This program seeks to serve those with the highest barriers due to homelessness and criminal background/evictions/credit issues preventing housing. In order for an application to be approved, the family must meet a very low minimum income from employment. Call Ithaka to learn what that minimum is
