Description of Service
Provides street outreach, day drop-in, and overnight emergency shelter services to homeless teens. Day drop-in and overnight shelter services provide food, clothing, showers, and a place to be during the day and overnight. Clients have access to additional services such as referrals to other resources, education, medical care, legal services, case management, life skills lessons, and aftercare coaching.
Walk in for drop-in services between 12:30 p.m. and 5 p.m.; for overnight shelter, walk in between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to check-in.
For the overnight shelter, youth must attend mandatory group meetings four nights a week (i.e., substance abuse, job, etc.), and leave the shelter by 8 a.m. each morning.
Youth ages 12 - 20; daytime drop-in services are provided to youth ages 12 - 24.
