Description of Service
Provides support for three residential programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
1. The Family Caregiver Act (FCA): Individuals may live in their own home and receive support from their family and/or paid staff.
2. Host Home Families: Individuals may live in a host home made up of a family, a couple, or single male or female. The service recipient can be the only person receiving services or there can be up to one other individual living in the home who is also receiving support services.
3. Apartment Living: Individuals may live in an apartment setting by themselves or with a roommate with support from staff.
