Description of Service
Law students handle civil and criminal cases for low-income and indigent people. Civil cases include: Day labor wage and hour claims, employment discrimination, domestic violence protection orders, and eviction defense. Criminal cases include: City ordinance and misdemeanor offenses, juvenile cases, and criminal record sealing cases. No traffic, DUI/DWAI, or felonies cases are handled.
Adams, Arapahoe, Denver, Jefferson counties
Call for more information on criminal cases; civil cases must be referred by another agency.
