Intake RequirementsPre-placement documentation including, but not limited to:
- police reports
- victim impact statement
- social history
- court information including pre-sentence reports, current psychological evaluations
- educational information including IEP, medical, neurological assessments, previous treatment/placement history, sexual history and medication history.

EligibilityYouth ages 7 - 18 years experiencing severe behavioral and emotional issues. Other requirements shared during intake assessment.
