Description of ServiceProvides legal representation to individuals who are involved in controversies with the Internal Revenue Service. Representation is by students under the supervision of the Director and Deputy Director.

Intake RequirementsClients are required to execute a Power of Attorney, sign a form consenting to representation by the clinic, and sign a form estimating their approximate annual income.
