Description of Service
Provides seniors with dental grants for the following services:
Grants do not cover crowns, root canals, fixed bridges, or implants.
Adams, Arapahoe, Broomfield, Clear Creek, Denver, Douglas, Gilpin, Jefferson, Delta, Eagle, Garfield, La Plata, Mesa, Montrose, Summit counties
Limited, call for specific information
Call for more information or to complete an application.
Priority will be given to those with the greatest need. Applicants will choose their own dentist, who must be licensed to practice in Colorado and must agree to accept a Dental Program Grant as payment for services.
Individuals must meet the following criteria:
- Must be 60 or older
- Cannot be receiving Medicaid or have private dental insurance
- Have income less than $2400/month (Individuals) or less than $3300/month (Couples) from all sources
- Reside in the service area
