General Information
Description of ServiceOffers a home-based program for children, adolescents, and their families to stop family violence, child abuse and neglect, and/or prevent hospitalization or out-of-home placement. Assists youth in moving toward independent living and helps to re-integrate youth from residential placement to home. Services may include finding an apartment or job for youth, matching a mentor with youth, and general adjustments to emancipation for youth. Program length averages six months.
