General Information
Description of ServiceThe Nurse Family Partnership (NFP) and the Prenatal Plus Programs offer free prenatal and early childhood home visitations for mothers who meet financial guidelines.
- The NFP Program is for first time moms where a Community Health Nurse visits as early in pregnancy as possible and continues through the first two years of the child's life.
- Prenatal Plus offers nurse home visitations to women during pregnancy and for up to 2 months after the baby is born.
