General Information
Description of ServiceThe Nurse Family Partnership (NFP) and Healthy Start at Home programs offer free prenatal and early childhood home visitations for mothers who meet financial guidelines.
- The NFP Program is for first time moms where a Community Health Nurse visits as early in pregnancy as possible and continues through the first two years of the child's life.
- Healthy Start at Home offers nurse home visits to women during pregnancy up until 1 year after the baby is born
