Description of ServiceSells homes to families who go through a rigorous screening process and participate in building their home. The homes are sold to families at no profit to Habitat, and with an affordable monthly loan payment. Families pay for closing costs, contribute 75 - 200 hours of sweat-equity to help build their own home, and commit to making a monthly mortgage payment.
