Description of Service
Offers free or low-cost public health insurance for Coloradans who qualify such as low-income adults, families, pregnant women and individuals with disabilities. This program covers:
- Doctor visits
- Emergency care
- Preventative care such as screenings and immunizations
- Other procedures and treatments
Call for more information. Visit the Colorado PEAK website or walk in for an application. Applications can be submitted online, in person, over the phone or by mail.

PEAKHealth is for Medicaid and CHP+ members who have a Colorado.gov/PEAK account. With PEAKHealth, members may now keep their information up-to-date and access important health information from their phone by downloading the PEAKHealth mobile app from the Apple iTunes Store or Android/Google Play App Store for free. Colorado PEAK accounts may be opened and accessed at https://coloradopeak.secure.force.com/.
May be available for low income children and pregnant women residing in Douglas County. Various Medicaid programs may also be available for persons with developmental disabilities, mental disabilities, and low-income adults over 60.
