Description of ServicePATHS (Positive Alternative Through Home Services) provides community supervision for pre-adjudicated youth and youth re-entering the community from a secure facility. The goal is to ensure a safe and successful transition back into the community and life with family. Services include:
- Community supervision
- Case management
- Tracking
- Mentoring
- Enrichment activities
- Individual and family counseling
