Description of Service
PATHS (Positive Alternative Through Home Services) provides community supervision for pre-adjudicated youth and youth re-entering the community from a secure facility. The goal is to ensure a safe and successful transition back into the community and life with family. Services include:
- Community supervision
- Case management
- Enrichment activities
- Individual and family counseling

Referral from the youth's court/probation officer
Youth ages 13 to 16 years old who are/were incarcerated in the Detention Division of Youth Services in Adams County. Call for additional eligibility requirements.
