General Information
Description of ServiceThe Kearney Street Program is a mutual care placement program for teen mothers and their children. Services include:
- Housing
- Supervision
- Support groups
- Education
- Childcare
- Parenting skills classes
- Independent living classes
- Vocational training

This program also specializes in proctor placement for adolescent females without children who are transitioning back into the community from juvenile detention facilities.
