Description of ServiceProvides emergency, drop-in child care. Parents can call the afternoon before or the morning of to schedule childcare. Rates are based on a sliding scale.

Intake RequirementsPrior to dropping off the child, parent or caregiver must provide:
- Completed enrollment form
- Health appraisal form, signed by a doctor
- Immunization records for child
- Income verification
- Emergency contact information
Helpful TipsIt is easiest to complete all paperwork ahead of time so child can easily be dropped off in an emergency.
