Description of Service
Congregate Meals at the Aspen Senior Center are served at noon on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (except those that are recognized holidays).
Home delivered meals provide nutritious meals to qualified seniors and are also available to home-bound individuals under age 60 for a fee, if capacity allows. Limited geographic area. Meals arrive at your home by approximately 1:00 PM.
A typical menu is a salad, entree, one or two side dishes and a dessert.
Call for more information. Applications and intake can be done with staff over the phone.
Client card must be completed - can be done by interview with staff over the phone.
Individual must be home-bound, temporarily or permanently due to frailty, illness or injury.
Someone must be home to receive the meal or the home left unlocked so that a meal can be left in the refrigerator.

Types of Fees
There is a suggested donation for meals if the individual is over age 60. This is not required to participate in the program. Fee for disabled under 60 is $9.00 per meal
