Helpful TipsOffers a financial assistance program to help with spay/neuter expense called Prevent-a-Litter Plus (PAL+). Applicants for PAL+ must meet low-income qualifications but can have their pets sterilized, vaccinated, and micro-chipped for a small co-pay.
