EligibilityBecoming a licensed foster home requires:
- An extensive home study
- Criminal background checks
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Basic Core training
- 20 hours of additional training each year

Relatives are eligible to go through the licensing process and are required to do so in order to receive payment for care.
