Description of ServiceProvides resources to inform young adults about healthy food, food safety and health. Provides a series of classes offered to low income adults, pregnant women, and children (preschool-3rd grade) that provide resources and education on nutritional foods, preparing well-balanced and low-cost meals, and the importance of exercising.
