General Information
Description of ServiceProvides two-year transitional housing for low income single-parent families. Single moms and single dads or guardians are welcomed. Housing options consist of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments suitable for a parent and up to four children. Families may live here for up to two years. Rent is based on 30% of the adjusted family income.

Intake RequirementsApplicants must provide the following documentation:
- Photo ID
- Original birth certificates and social security cards for all members in the household
- High School diploma or GED (must have original document or transcript from high school)
Helpful TipsVariables that may impact participants' eligibility include:
- Evictions (no drug or crime related evictions within the last three years)
- Felony convictions (none in the last five years)
- Misdemeanors (certain misdemeanors in the last three years may disqualify clients from participation)
- No current substance abuse
- Certain income restrictions may apply
- Interested applicants are encouraged to call Warren Village to discuss their specific situation.

- Be 18 or older
- Have custody of one or more of their children
- Be motivated to set and achieve goals
- Willing to commit to work and/or school full-time
- Attend three life skills classes per month
- Give two hours of volunteer time back to the community
