General Information
Description of ServiceTake Charge is a six-month program that brings intensive case management, cognitive training, academic assistance, and community involvement to juvenile offenders at high risk for joining gangs. The program encourages self-esteem and teaches coping skills while providing individualized programs to each youth participant.

Take Charge partners with various community agencies such as local schools, Boys & Girls Club, Pueblo Workforce Center, etc.
