Description of ServiceProvides employment and training to youth, ages 16 - 24, with mild to moderate disabilities. SWAP assists clients with the following:
- Finding employment
- Job accommodations
- Job coaching, shadowing, and on-site training
- Pre-employment training
- Skills assessments
- Applications and interviews
- Grooming
- Job retention
- GED and vocational training
