Description of ServiceOffers programs and services to assist seniors in order to maintain their independence. Services include:
- Providing adaptive medical equipment such as walkers and crutches free of charge.
- Lunch served on Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays at sites located in Granby and Kremmling.
- Social meetings
- Nutritional supplement programs
- Transportation service that takes people to social events, medical appointments, and to run local errands like grocery shopping.
