Description of Service
Offers evidence-based mentoring services in Routt County in the following areas:
- The Community Based Youth Mentoring Program matches adult volunteers with at-risk youth. They spend an average of three hours per week together for a minimum of one year. These partnerships are supported with on-going case management, monthly activities and training.
- School-Based Mentoring Programs places part-time adult mentors in Routt County schools. Each mentor spends a minimum of one hour a week with each of 10 target students for the entire school year. They also provide after-school programs. The other program is a Peer Mentoring program matching high school students with middle school students in a structured setting.

Participants will need a referral. Students' participation must be voluntary.
